I am truly pleased with my Pandora experience because the attention given to me was personalized to what I like. Everyone was really friendly, and they wanted to see me satisfied with my purchase. Also, I was really satisfied with the variety of items that they offered me.

I was satisfied because the sales associate that was working with me was kind, patient, and helpful. She searched for everything I was looking for and found most of them. She had just stared working there and was already doing a fantastic job.

I had an end cap on my bangle that would not stay on. It was looked at and they replaced my bracelet with a new one. No problems what so ever. Was told about the Rockette ornament and was helped with the purchase of a necklace

I was greeted as I walked into the store. The associate had a great suggestion for clips to match the clasp of the bangle bracelet I had. She also showed me some other great pieces and let me know about the in store offers.

The jewelry is beautiful The quality is excellent The prices are reasonable

All the sales people are always cheerful and ready to help. The store is well lit and clean.

Sales associates were very professional and attentive. They were both sweet and approachable. One seemed to be more knowledge then the other but worked well wirh each other.
