I missed out on the balloon fiesta ones last year so this year I was ready and able to get the 1 I wanted

The sales person was very cordial and helpful. I purchased the item for a future gift for my future daughter-in-law. I appreciated the free offer of a travel case since my son and her travel quite often.

This was at the Alburquerqe balloon fiesta. They were in a large tent and it was quite crowded but it went fairly quickly and easily. They had a few selections specifically for the balloon fiesta and I am very satisfied.

Highly satisfied by the location at the balloon festival and the event specific items. I would have liked to have a little more selection with colors, etc. but overall it was a very positive experience. The sales team could tell we were serious about buying so they made room for me to look at the items rather than being left behind the crowd at the event specific items. My recommendation would be to have 2 of 4 counters specific to the event.

The associate very quickly showed me the items available. She put my new charm on my bracelet. I will in and out of her booth in 5 minutes or less.

Very knowledgable sales person. She was very sweet and easy to work with. I won't be returning to this shop because it was in Albuquerque, NM. We were visiting the Balloon Festival. I will visit other Pandora stores when needed.
