Maybe more selection

Everything went went and the selection was great. Associate was pretty friendly. Great experience.

Sales associate was very scatterbrained and tried to help too many customers at one time. Not very customer focused nor very professional. Definitely needs to hone in on her customer service skills.

The store was busy at the time I got there. I did have to wait for about 10-15 minutes for assistance. Once I got the assistance the employees were extremely nice and helped me with my needs. Everything was great except for the wait in order to get assistance.

I would say it would be better if the store had more choices on the product

I was highly satisfied, just didn’t get help putting on my new charm and had a hard time doing it myself

The mall where the store is located at closes at 8pm, however the Pandora store closes at 7pm. We di not know this. We got in late and during our checkout, another associate, I am assuming the manager proceeded to sweep my mom out of the way. So disrespectful and dis-courteous. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. We probably will not visit this store again.

There was a line outside the store to get in, due to order of the fire marshall that only allowed a few people at a time to enter.
