I was highly satisfied

There weren't as many Grandmother charms as I was hoping for

I visited around the holidays so I know how rushed and chaotic it is to get everyone in and out in a timely manner.

The sales associate was friendly and helpful. She made suggestions and offered her opinion to help me make a decision.

I love Pandora items but the employees at this store are not welcoming. Also, they are rude and don’t care about their customers. I rather make my purchase online and just pick it up in store but still just picking up the order they just act weird with customers.

Everything about my experience was good except the associate didn't seem to have much knowledge about sizing for the bangle I was purchasing. She had to ask another associate, which was fine, but she asked him every single question I had. It's possible she was new or in training maybe? It was nice to at least have someone in the store that could answer my questions.

I wanted a larger bracelet than the sales lady would sell me. My hands swell and I need a larger size but she insisted on me only getting what she thought was "correct". I think I should get the size I want.

I really wish there were more choices in the jewelry. I felt the designs were lacking and with very few options.
