So I purchased my ring! It was damaged and then when I called to check on my arrival of new ring I was told that it was a last chance item after 8 days. But then the next day I was called and told that it arrived in store

I only purchased 3 charms and was charged 4 charms. I looked at my receipt and had to go back and get a refund. She needs to check what she rings up and see if it's correct. I was hoping only to get charged a certain amount but was over on the charge on my credit card. The credit was put on a gift card for next purchase. The sales associate needs to be efficient on what she rings up and not over charge customers. The math didn't add up so I looked at my receipt. She said sorry but needs to be more careful.

The product highly advertised was sold out. Hard to understand why management allowed that Settled for an alternative

We have always had a good experience at this shop. Our favorite salesperson is Tayler Rae. She is always cheerful and always remembers us and what we like. We also like Kristen and Kyra. One of our favorite shops.

They did not have the charm I was looking for. My order had been there for a week and they had only called once to let me know it had arrived. I did not answer and no voicemail left. They should have called more than once.

Received email for up ro 50% off if I purchased 3 charms. Not a good selection of charms were available for promo. In fact very few were part of the promo, most were full price.

My order for a ring in a size not available took longer than staff had told me via phone, when checking to see if it had arrived.
