We were at the Balloon Fiesta and was really crowded. Not enough staff to keep up with people wanting to look. Customers kept talking over the people who were being taken care of.

I bought my friend a bracelet as a birthday present and she’s an outdoor person but girly too so I wanted charms that represented her, like hunting, fishing, hiking, etc.

The sales associated were all lovely but I think it is ridiculous that it took over a month for my special order to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong size and I had to exchange it in store.

The service I received was just satisfactory, it didn't exceed my expectations. Highly satisfied means you do something over and above what I was expecting.

I was/am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience, especially at this location. I will return and have invited my friends to use this location for their purchases.

I love Pandora jewelry. It is beautiful and unique. What I don't like is paying $200 for a ring and having it be defective, only to be told it looks like I banged it repeatedly, implying that I damaged a ring that should never have been able to sustain such damages by normal daily wear. I may push the subject further, but I don't hold out much hope that this particular issue will be resolved in my favor. Therefore, I did not rank my experience as "highly satisfied".

The only store in Albuquerque and 120 miles from my home did not have 3 of the charms I requested and there was no reasonable solution that was even offered. I didn’t like the attitude that’s it a pandora buy what’s available or don’t buy anything at all! I didn’t want to go to the competitior across the street, but maybe they would be more helpful to get my business!

The room was kinda messy. Boxes and stuff all over the floor. The sales woman seemed in a rush. I was kinda bummed that the ring I returned (which was purchased during a sale) was not moved over to the ring I exchanged it for.

The sales people at this store are just not that friendly. The gentlemen who helped me was okay however I have surrounding staff seemed unhappy to be there and most of my visits their they are not interested in helping but more bothered by customers being there.
