They only had one size of the ring I wanted which is fine cause it fit although I wanted a smaller size, I will probably have that store order a smaller size

I think the product is a little expensive ! I hope more sales! And the price is hard to see,not very clearly!

This was in a tent at the Albuquerque Balloon festival. I am not returning to the festival within the next 90 days.

The seller could be a little more nicer.

The sales associate, Raven, did not seem very interested in helping us. She did not want to put the charms on my bracelet like it had been done during previous visits. Upon review of my receipt, noted that I was charged for a wrong charm which was almost double the amount of the charm that I actually got. Will be returning to the store today to attempt to rectify this situation.

Sales representative didn’t seem fully trained. She took about 30 min trying to wrap up gift. Didn’t seem confident in doing the process.

The people working in the store yesterday had other priorities in the back or the little office instead of attending the bunch of customers that were in the store waiting to be helped.

It was good

There was an employee who was dressed less than appropriate in the store. Bra strap showing, tattoo showing on high shoulder (next to bra strap). Less professional looking than the rest of employees. I spent almost $500, and didn't get a cleaning cloth or a little storage bag for the new bracelet. Use to get all that with a purchase. Disappointing. The regular store I visit in Colorado is not a Pandora store, although sells the product and is by far nicer to shop in and better customer service.

First one in store. The 3rd to be helped. Spent first visit with 1 associate. No personality. Made purchase and came back later. Didn’t see first associate do someone else attended us. We knew what we came for and as the 2nd attn was finishing up, the first attendant came out. I guess she felt she was entitled to the sale and in front of myself and my sister, she told the 2nd attn, do you realize how much time I spent? (With us previously) that was totally unprofessional!
