The sales associate had helped out my daughter the day before on a ring style that she was wanting to get for me for Christmas. The sales was not very friendly to her. The next day we both went in together and my daughter asked to see the rings selection that she had seen the day before. The sales associate argued that the ring style was not the one my daughter saw. She was insisting on a different ring that was stacked to another ring. The size we wanted was not in stock. I also looked a a bracelet combination that was displayed in front. She said this other bracelet was better but couldn't put the combination of charms that was on display that I wanted for $525.00. We were there for a while and became frustrated with her trying to make other charms fit. I ended up not getting that bracelet. I looked at a few other bracelets and purchased 3 other ones. Before I had done this I had asked her if there were going to be any specials for Black Friday and she said no. Then I see the special advertised starting 2 days after I was there. Buy 2 items and get the third one free. I called store and a different associate said they would exchange out and refund me the difference,

Pandora had a booth set up at the Balloon Fiesta in ABQ, New Mexico. Lovely balloon charms for the festival. Initially, I thought I would get 3, but, scaled it back to just 2, preventing me from getting the special offer travel box/pouch by $5.00. I looked at other charm or separator options, and couldn't find one that caught my eye. Anyway, instead of the $10.00 credit can you provide the travel box instead. I fly for airlines and this would help out during my travel days. (773)230-1866

I felt as if I was rushed in making my purchase. I had bought the bangle bracelet but I’m starting to feel like I bought the wrong size. The sales associate didn’t seem knowledgeable, she almost sold me the bracelet at full price, when it was on sale. I was very disappointed in my First pandora purchase because of the customer service. I didn’t receive a dustbag either. I’m not sure if I will be returning to pandora

I was not greeted upon entering the store. There was only 1 other customer being helped. Took over 6 minutes until someone else came out to greet and help me.

i was told to wait the the sales ladies proceeded to assist other customers that walked in. the sales lady acted like i was going to steal something. she attempted to take my rings that i placed on the counter. she was not knowledgeable of the inventory and was not interested in helping. my daughter kept apologizing when having to ask to see a different item. this is the first bad experience we have had since shopping at this store since it opened up in albuquerque

The bracelet I got was priced at $115 and when I checked out it was $150. Even the sales associate was surprised. She was like actually this bracelet is going to be $150.00 with a shocker look on her face. I feel they should of honored the price that was tagged. That’s false advertisement. Plus everything was already expensive and now the prices went up? For plated and lab made gems? It’s a bit ridiculous.

I wanted to get my bracelets cleaned since I was getting a new item. Which I do all the time the sales associate said it will take 20 to 30 mins to clean (it’s never taken that long in the past) my husband said it was fine so then she again said it will take 20 to 30 mins (a lie) so I had to wait in a over crowned mall with COVID all around then in line again to get back. In the store to pick up my stuff. when she could have done it that the time of my service. That makes for a horrible experience
