The salesperson was not friendly at all, she was rushing us and had a very disgusted look on her face. She was really rude. I do not recommend her to anyone else that goes into the store

I went to purchase some charms and also to get the special edition bangle that pandora was giving out to their customers. I had to ask the sales person for the bracelet and she just placed it in the box and then in to the bag I did not check the package until a day after and I got a bracelet that had nothing to do with the special edition I was supposed to get. The sales person did not even asked for my information so that my purchases be in the system or in case of a return without the receipt.

Sales associate I got was not very helpful at all. Needing a charm for my gf and as a male I don’t know much so I asked for helped and she seemed bothered that I asked her for help. I asked for bday charms and she made a face because I guess she had to find them. Asked opinion and would stay quit. I did buy a charm but because My gf asked for one. Would be nice if she was more nice and more helpful. Maybe we would want to stop at that store more often. Merchandise is awesome. Customer service needs to improve a lot more.

Absolutely love the products and quality, but the sales associates were not very friendly and rude. I get they were busy, but not to even be greeted as you walk in with a hello, we’ll be right with you nothing was very unprofessional. Once we finally got someone to help us, she wasn’t very nice and when someone else came in she started helping him and left us hanging. We finished up our shopping and the only time she was friendly was when she was ringing us up!

My mother and I came in on Labor Day to buy two more charms for my mom’s bracelet. My sister is a loyal customer of Pandora. She buys a lot of things from here, and is the one that usually takes my mom. There weren’t any other customers around that day. The sale associate was not very friendly at all. When I asked to look at the item, she just looked at me and walked away. She seemed very annoyed when I asked to look at the selections because I wanted to buy something for myself, too. She was extremely rude to my mother when she wanted to buy the clips (because she doesn’t like the charms moving within her bracelet. She likes them stationary), and kept on refusing letting her take a closer look at them. She talked to my mom as if she was stupid just because she doesn’t speak English well. She was so so rude. I don’t have any words to describe that kind of behavior towards another human being. She wasn’t helpful towards her coworker either. She was a very bitter employee overall. It was my first time going there with my mom, but from this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever return.

The volleyball charm I was going in for specifically was not in stock. The sales associate didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She didn’t even know where to locate the charm. She pulled out a tray saying it was sports stuff and there wasn’t anything sports on it. She didn’t provide any information on ordering one online. I ended up buying something else but I left the store very disappointed.

The women checked me out, put all items (4) in one little box then proceeded to ask if I wanted a bag or just put in my purse. I go to Pandora not only for the charms but having each charm in separate boxes and bagged beautifully as I give as gifts.

Because I was told I would get a 45 dollar credit off a charm when purchasing a certain bracelet but never received that credit and I purchased 3 charms with the bracelet so that’s why I was not satisfied

Entered the store in cornoado mall (Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110) Wasn’t greated by any sales associate, no one said they would be right with me. They all looked at me besides the one who finally finished getting change in the back and saw I needed help. He was very nice. There was a woman who was busy putting merchandise into a bag and looked at me a few times and said nothing. There was also another man working who was “helping” someone. Looked at me plenty of times. The people he were helping were still deciding and talking between each other, not invoking him. Was in the store for a good amount of time probably about 7 minutes before the manager who helped me came over. I told him about it and he said he would do something about it. I thanked him and l left after purchasing my items.

The store is pretty an inviting.
