They were not able it to assist me with my return. They were rude and unprofessional. Not wanting to assist me at all and they were giving me an attitude.

First let me start off by saying this was my first time there and im not sure i want to go back. Every sales associate who was there seemed bothered that I was there 30 min before closing and they let this be known with attitude and dirty looks. As soon as I brought up that I had a gift exchange to make I was at first told I wouldn't be able to. Only after I pointed out that my receipt said I had until the 26th did they make the exchange. I felt so uncomfortable trying to shop or look around in the store I just wanted to leave! None of the women who were working looked happy and I could tell they just wanted me to leave too! I asked if I could just get a refund put on a gift card and I would just order online but I was told NO and that a refund would have to be put back on the debit card that was used. These were gifts so I only had gift reciepts amd I thought getting a gift card for the refund was something all retail stores offered on gift returns? I ended up exchanging the bracelet for a different size but Im still not comfortable with it. I hope I dont have another issue when I go back to try and exchange it again.

Bought a bracelet for my wife for Christmas. The store did not have it available in her size so we special ordered it in December. We called in mid January to check on its status to be told it wasn't in yet. Called yesterday to find out it was in. Drove the 30 miles excited to finally pick it up only to be told that the wrong size was delivered. My wife was so upset about this she asked for a complete refund. I believe my wife's bracelet was sold and that is why we were never contacted by our sales representative. This is also very upsetting for me because this was a gift from me. What a disappointment this experience has been. My wife so enjoyed collecting charms for her first bracelet...and was already shopping for new charms for this new style of bracelet. Pandora...you really messed this up! I will no longer be shopping for your products. EXTREMELY disappointed, Marcus

The sales lady tried to be helpful but she was inexperienced. The sales guy didn’t try to help he just stayed staring. There were two of us and we needed separate help and he didn’t try so it took the one sales lady forever to try and help us both. We were so unpleased the service we will look for our merchandise online or at jareds.

I was ignored by sales associates, who didn’t greet me our offer assistance. However when people came in after me they were greeted and offered assistance (they were offered assistance before my presence was even acknowledged). Not acceptable.

There was poor customer service. She was so rude and disrespectful to me and my boyfriend it was unbelievable. We originally went in so my boyfriend could surprise me with a promise ring and her attitude and tone took the excitement out of it all. She disrespected my boyfriend and be. She was not friendly at all. We went in twice to look at a ring before purchasing and each time she was so disrespectful. You shouldn’t have people like that taking a fun expierence out of it.
