The old GM Divina is not there to be rude and disrespectful to me. The ladies that helped me replace my charm that broke were supper sweet. My bracelet was cleaned during my visit and everything was done in a very fast and timely manner. Might i add i was not disrespected or treated badly like i was my last visit months ago. I would not have ever returned to the store in Coranado mall if that GM Divina was still working there. She was horrible and literally made me cry in the store and she didnt seem to care.
