I had to wait for about 10 minutes to get assistance, two associates were with customers and one was stocking new merchandise. The associate was friendly and offered a lot more selection after we told her what we were looking for. She was very nice and helpful.

Pop in for a specific charm and bracelet and love the options for other charms I purchased on the visit and came by a couple hours later for additional purchase.
