during my experience at Pandora, the associate who was helping me was extremely rude, and no help at all. She asked me my ring size, pulled out the tray and stood there and stared at me. no help at all was given when i was trying to ask her opinion. she made me feel as though i was an annoyance as a customer to be in the store. When I had finally picked out my ring I asked her if I would be able to wear it out of the store so I didn't have to carry a bag around with me all day, her attitude immediately changed towards me along w her facial expressions. It almost made me feel as though she thought I was attempting to steal.

I ended up purchasing the wrong size ring due to the lack of care of the associate . I asked multiple times was that the correct size because it seemed so big and he never once cared to actually check . He just told me yes and I walked out with a size 9 ring for my fiancé instead of 6 . So I was embarrassed once I got home , it like I didn’t know my fiancés ring size .

The women originally I had transaction with after I asked a question assumed I was done and walked away to help others. I told her I wanted to buy some items and she was like Oh-what do you want? I told her I would wait for someone else to help me. She was very rude.

First person to greet me walked away when I really wanted her to pull an item out to look at it. The person who ended up selling to me wasn’t listening to me. I asked her what Star Wars charms they had; she pulled out a tray of charms to show me. When I said there were no Star Wars charms in the tray, she said they didn’t have any more Star Wars charms. If that was the case, then why didn’t she say that to start with?? Why show me a tray of other stuff and act as if it had what I asked for?

I went to the store to return 2 items but ended up repurchasing 2 other things the manager Raquel didn’t know how to return my items due to a $10 off coupon so she had to call someone else for help when she came back she had an attitude the whole time while assisting me. I felt so uncomfortable and dissatisfied with her poor customer service.

Speed of service was terrible. They only had two sales associates in the store at the time and they seemed to have a rush. I was the next guest in line which the sales associate knew as she saw me walk in the store but after she was finished with her prior customer proceeded to walk over to another customer. I was highly dissatisfied with this store and this is not the first time this has happened at this store.

I just checked my receipt and realized I was charged for 4 charms and i only bought 3.

I bought a bracelet less than a month ago, after adding charms the bracelet is to tight. Tried to exchange it but was told because I’ve worn it it could not be returned. The bracelet has not been worn but a few times before realizing it was too tight. Also a previously bought charm had fallen off, brought it in so that it coring be properly fixed by Pandora but was told that Pandora does not repair these.

The salesperson wasn’t friendly at all. The manager was friendly.
