The sale associate left us waiting, while the other was cleaning but when we asked for assistance from the associate that was cleaning, she assisted us with a horrible attitude but I did love my jewelry.

Didn't wait on me & my purchases. Came back 3X & Still had to wait. Spent almost $300 & charm broke originally( nurse charm with stethescope) still not replaced. Slow, unaccomodating. Bad business!

I walked into the store, wasn't greeted by the sale associate & i had to ask her for assistance. I already knew what i wanted so i informed her. I tried the item on my wrist and it seemed a little to loose so i had asked the associate if she thought it was to loose and she replied no. At this time i informed her i would like a smaller size, she in returned informed me that this was the smallest they had. I did purchase the item but at the end of the sale, I didn't receive a nice little box for my item nor did i receive a shopping bag. Just my receipt. I will be returning this item to another location.

Tried to get charms engraved and sales people didn’t know how to operate the engraver. I feel they needed better trained on the equipment. Then got flustered and went in back and told the other sales person to refund my money

The sales associate was not friendly as a matter of fact her attitude and body language was terrible. She has no customer service skills. I told her I wanted to wear my charm out she boxed it up instead. I have never experienced this type of service in Pandora. Terrible service

The associate was very short and unfriendly! I felt like I was rushed. Nor did she make any suggestions on other choices due to lack of inventory. My daughter purchased from the same lady for my birthday. After sharing my experience we both agreed that she is rude

bought three rings. all three were supposed to be rose gold. I questioned the associate about one of the rings and she assured me it was rose gold. When I got it home and stacked it with another rose gold ring the ring was regular gold and not rose gold. I know have to travel an hour to take the ring back and exchange it for a rose gold version of the ring. The fact that I questioned the associate and she told me it was is troubling. she should have known by looking at it that it was gold and not rose gold

I went to the Pandora location in Castleton Square Mall in Indiana on 1-26-21 around 1:10 pm. There were two sales associates and neither one of them greeted me. Laurel who finally helped me was wearing sweet pants and a t-shirt, and just looked like she just rolled out bed. She took all my information down, I paid, and she gift wrapped it. However, once she gift wrapped it she handed it to me and just walked away. I was unsure if the transaction was clear or if she needed anything else. She never did say Thank you. Both of these ladies need to know how to work in customer service, and dress appropriately.

I had my $10 off coupon that didn't expire until 12/29 and I made my purchase on the 24th. Was told couldn't use because a number was supposedly missing. The manager couldn't approve it???
