The level of noise the sales associates were making kept it hard to hear my personal sales associate. Constantly being disrupted and moved to the side by other sales associates so they could get merchandise while my sales associate was showing me merchandise.

The exchanged item I received wasn’t clean it serms to be the one in display and it was the last one, the supervisor suggested to call another store to check if they have one then she took the phone and called from inside the office/storage, she asked me to go there but I didn’t recieve any apologies for the inconvenience yet when I went to the other store I was not treated nicely although they know am coming for the exchange. Very bad unexpected customer service at both stores.

The charm I purchased was marked $50. When I paid it was more. When I asked about the difference the associate said "Yeah, it's $55". I said it's marked $50. She went to the display and removed the $50 tag. Nothing else was said to me. She would not even look at me. No further acknowledgement. I feel a price adjustment should have been offerred to me. If it's marked $50 that is what I should have been charged.

No type of awareness that we were in the store when there were 4 employees. Didn't ask questions or if we needed help till another associate asked kindly.

The sales associate, Samantha, was great. She allowed me to take my time and answered all questions I had. Samantha even offered alternatives for items that interested me.

I walked into the store to return a damaged necklace, and i had walked by an associate and introduced myself because i was not greeted when I walked in. The associate completely ignored me until a different one tried helping me out. With the return process, I have them all of the information and it was within the year return policy and I asked if i could get an exchange. They said yes, and looked for my necklace in the store, but then couldn’t find it. I asked them if they could look online to see if they had it, and i quote they said,” you will have to look it up yourself.” They said this with the most attitude possible. I just said fine i will take a return, they processed my return and I left. With one of the company’s values being we care, i didn’t feel cared for. This is one of the worst experiences i have had here. The Associate that rang me out, her name was Egypt. Everyone else was friendly except her.
