My bracelet broke and I was seeking options for repair. Because it is over a year old I was told there was NO options for repair, I just have to buy a new one.

The sales associate was not at all warm, friendly or inviting. She made me feel as if I was a bother to her and did not have a pleasant consumer service attitude. My overall customer service experience was horrible which is very disappointing because the Keystone at the Crossing store associates were very helpful the previous day.

I know it was busy time of year. Store was filthy,waited 1:45min, while associates let friends in before the people in line. Sales lady very rude. Been to 3 locations this I on I will never step onto again. I did have a good experience in that location in May with my daughter. Your sales staff personally walked out to get their friends so they could shop. was not online pick up! This is the Castleton Square location in Indianapolis, IN. I have already made posts on social media how this "high end" jewelry store is in bad shape and not to waste their time with this location! Unacceptable to have a line of 45 plus people standing in waiting for a 1:45 minutes so your staff can play favorites! very disrespectful staff, not helpful, and dirty hole in the wall. Ft Wayne, IN and Keystone Fashion mall totally different stores. Im sure this is a waste of time by taking the time out to express my frustration. I never waste my time with these surveys out with the little incentive you offer doesn't amount to a hill of beans. My time is worth m ore than 10 bucks! Get it together at this location!!!!!!!!!

The 2 sales associates had no manners at all and the service was the worst I have ever experienced in a Pandora store. I will NEVER return to the store # 0089. Absolutely awful!

Sales associates were standing around talking and not helping customers. Sales associates have no knowledge of products, I was looking for a certain bracelet with a certain clasp, and the associate stated it was in shipment coming in two days come back then or go yo another store. Just rude.. I usually encounter Friendlier associates who are knowledgeable in the products for sale. No one greeted Us walking into Pandora. I have been a customer for a while and I really like the products I was looking to start bracelet number two.
