The sales associate - Laila- was Very unhelpful. I went from your Fashion Mall location where the sales associates were all friendly and happy to be helpful - to this store in Castleton - where the sales associate did not greet me when I came in to pick up 2 items that were being held for me and acted as if it was an Extreme inconvenience fir her to wait on me. I left without the items!

me and my friend first arrived at the pandora store and nobody approached us for help. everybody was just looking around but never approached us. when we were finally approached she gave me a tad bit of tude in her voice. I asked her for a 7.1 bracelet in a certain bracelet my friend wanted. they did not have it which is totally fine so then she gave me 2 other options. later on that night my friend tried it on and it’s totally not a 7.1 at all.

The sales associate gave me one price while trying to return my item, once at the register the price was higher. When I asked for an explanation the sales associate told me I was wrong did not apologize for the misunderstanding. She then became argumentative with me, even after telling her that I was no longer speaking with her. I then received my receipt via email, which I asked for, she then did not walk me out to the door to let me just as she let me in.

Husband purchased a Chicago charm on a trip to Water Tower Place store. The etching wore off after 8 months. I sent the charm back for an exchange. You have received my charm, however, I have not received the promised replacement. After several calls to customer relations, STILL NO CHARM!!! I have over 30 pieces from Pandora not including the gifts to others I purchased. I will NOT purchase one more item until this is resolved. Ginger Kissinger 317-809-1655

My father in law purchased a pandora bangle online as a birthday gift for my mother in law. Unfortunately he purchased the wrong size bangle, it was too small. I was informed in store during a previous purchase that items could be exchanged, or returned for store credit. Our customer service representative, Aimee, refused to exchange the small bangle for a larger size, despite several requests. She told us we needed a receipt of purchase, but since it was a gift, and purchased online, we did not have that. Aimee was either irritated at our request, or unaware of how to deal with customers. I have purchased and returned items at this and other Pandora stores before, and have never had this issue. Usually the service is great. I went into this store with the intent of fixing this sizing issue as well as adding to my pandora collection. However after the terrible, apathetic service we received, I will be taking my business to another store. She didn't even offer to clean our bracelets, which is something that every pandora store I have been to has offered to do. It was not busy in the store, despite being a Saturday afternoon. From the lack of customer service, I can see why.
