Pandora Jewelry

The staff accused me of something I did not do with no evidence. My boyfriend purchased a bracelet for me while we were in store together. I tried it on in store. After consideration, I decided I wanted a different size. The only time I wore the bracelet was when the associate helped put it on. When I came back to exchange, they told me I broke the bracelet and offered me a gift card. They were very rude the entire experience. I will NEVER return to that location in my life.

Bad experience! The lady that helped me was not helpful or polite. I came in looking for a charm for 25 dollars and was told straight up rudely that we don’t have any that are 25 dollars.... when on the pandora website there are 45 charms that are from 15-25 dollars. Then I asked for her to show me charms that were 30 dollars and she seems bothered that I came in not knowing what I exactly wanted! I will not be returning to the Maple View pandora again!

Both customer service agents were quite rude. Didn't print a gift receipt when it was clearly a gift. Not quite helpful in a friendly matter.
