First the young lady that helped me was very patient and helpful. The store was well stocked had every charm I wanted to see was in store. When I got home I had the wrong charm called had them to hold the one that I wanted went back and exchanged it. No fault of the sales person I should have made sure I was getting the one I wanted after looking at 5 or 6 that was so similar in color and style.

Seemed to be very organized for the Christmas situation. Very friendly associates to find my purchase and also checking out at register. And always nice gift wrapping.

Pandora at Castleton is really nice , Employee is willing to help , Just sometime they do not have a lots of items

My Pandora experience was extremely fast and I loved how I was in and out especially with the mall being packed for Christmas. She helped me pick charms and suggest different ones that I may like. She even help me size everything correctly!
