First,, I was delighted to find you have necklaces with pendants for adding charms. I have only purchased bracelets in the past. Next, the sales person stayed with me throughout the long transaction! I loved the surprise of FREE bracelets because of what I spent.

During my visit, Kyla was so kind thoughtful. She has a natural way of making customers feel not only welcomed as customers, but as valued human beings as well. I can't say how much her tenderness meant to me, especially during a difficult time.

When I walked into the store I was greeted with smiles and was welcomed. This was my first visit to Pandora; I was shopping for some Christmas gifts. Raquel gave me all the help I needed, she was kind, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable of the charms and bracelets. When I left the store I was already thinking about coming back for more Christmas gifts for other friends and family members.

I was able to walk in and was greeted by the associate and she was nice and pleasant to work with.
