The store was very busy with customers. Right away one of the customer service reps took my name and told me that they would get to me as soon as possible. It didn't take long and I was assisted. I thought it was great that they were monitoring the size of the crowd and was assisting the people in the order that they visited the store.

We had a ring that we bought at an Ohio store and one of the stones came out. We brought it to the Castleton Square Mall for a replacement and the manager was great! She replaced the ring and was so friendly. Extremely satisfied with Pandora and the people who stand behind it.
