This store is absolutely beautiful. The individual who assisted me was not only beautiful on the outside, she was incredible on the inside. Her name was Alex. She knew exactly what I was talking about when I asked about the collection of earrings that her store had. She suggested the diamond earrings which I loved. It wasn't in my budget at the time, but she assisted me with finding some that were in my budget at the time. Her smile was contagious and she simply gave me one of the best customer service experiences that I've had in years. I sure hope that you are taking great care of this young lady because she is representing your store with dignity, respect, and top notch customer service. I am not only coming back myself, but I am recommending this store to all my friends, client's, and family members that shop at Pandora. Alex is amazing!!
