The Sales Associate was very friendly and explained my options for jewelry cleaning. Although the cleaning machine was down, she assured me that I could purchase the cleaner and get my jewelry back to looking new. She was right! It only took about 20 mins to clean and it looks great! She was new, but she is a great asset to the team! :)
