Store was packed. Name added to list for service. Once rep assisted, 5 minute transaction was complete. Waited longer than it took to complete transaction.

We walked in and it was rather busy. The young lady that assisted us was very pleasant and patient. I changed my mind a couple of times and she didn't mind showing me other options. She did and awesome job, especially when they were almost at closing time.

The sales girl was very knowledgeable. She showed me several charms that I was not aware of. I will definitely return to this store. Love Pandora!

We went to the Keystone Crossing store (our fav) and they did not have the items we needed, but a corporate employee was on site, called the next closest store and within. 30 minutes our shopping was complete. The only reason we wouldn’t go back to the Castleton Mall store is because we frequent Keystone far more often.

Cashier and the manager was super nice super helpful and just had everything I want just perfect

I came in looking for a charm for my mom. I advised the sales associate that I was having an issue with one of my charms having a strain on it after multiple attempts at cleaning in home. The associate assisted by taking the time to clean and buff my bracelet and charms.
