Sales associate was OK very friendly helped us in a timely matter although the store was very short store was messy look like I hadn't been cleaned. Some of my Pandora charms look like they have been used. Kind of scratched up wasn't really shiny. But The girl who helped me was very nice and although she was short of help she doing the best she could helping me and my friend in a timely manner. Little Pandora but the store in Castleton Indiana is pretty gross

Customer service was nice figure out a situation that came up I like how she took her time to put my purchase in the bag I luv the new boxes they have now for pandora I do think there dress code should be better and would be nice if everyone had white blouses on just my opinion
