Pandora Jewelry

It was my first time actually visiting the store and it was great! So many jewelry to see. And the associate was very kind, patient, and helpful. I want to come back for more!

The store associate, Kaylyn, was helpful and knowledgeable. We were there on a Saturday evening, and the store was packed. She was the only one working (as the other person had called in.). Despite this burden and obvious stress, Kaylyn was wonderful! My husband and I watched as she took care of every client, answering questions, helping with purchases, and guiding the customer when he/she was unsure what would be best. In my case, I wanted a couple of charms and was wondering about the pieces that click into the bracelet to prevent my charms from moving around so much. She explained how important it was to have them and helped me pick them out. She chatted with my husband while I chose my other charms, and even helped me put the new charms on my bracelet… all while keeping a watchful eye on the store and answering quick questions, yet somehow making me feel like I was her main priority. She was so friendly and sweet, and very knowledgeable. For this, we will definitely be back soon and I hope she is working!

The salesperson Sarah C. (206730) was very kind and helpful. She had a great personality as well. My last experience was such a terrible encounter that I was not going to visit Castleton location anymore but I took my chances yesterday and I am glad I did. Sarah C. made my experience great and she has change my mind about not shopping at this location. She is awesome!

I was highly satisfied because my experience started with a greet at the door and I was immediately serviced and offered assistance. I was also able to get my jewelry cleaned the same day.
