Kaylyn was absolutely amazing. There was a tremendous line, being mother's day and all. I didn't feel rushed at all. She made me feel like I was the only customer in the store! Her attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. I will certainly visit this store again based on my experience. It would be a disservice to not recognize Kaylyn for her performance. Please be sure this message reaches her and the necessary levels of management.

The sales associate was very sweet. She was attentive and friendly. The store was clean and what seem to be the manager was a very sweet lady.

I was initially worried that I wouldn’t make it in. When we arrived at the store, it was about 7:30pm, there were about 6-7 customers in a line outside of the store and the mall closes at 8 due to Covid restrictions. We went into a couple of different stores instead of waiting in the line and when we came back the line was gone. The associate took me right to the pet charms I told her we were interested in. My daughter picked two for my mom, she processed the purchase, wrapped the charms and we were done.
