I met Sherri, I was shopping for my granddaughter's graduation gift, since I had never shopped Pandora before, I needed help. Sherri showed me many charms and made selecting so easy and satisfying. I left feeling so happy for my gift and it was because of her help. I would have been there for hours without it. My vision is not the best and she took time to be sure I saw the wording. I feel I have a new friend, Sherri. When I return I hope she is available. Thank you.

Entered store & was greeted immediately by Jennifer. Asked about Disney charms; Jennifer stated I was in the right spot & pulled out a tray for me to look over. I asked about a Chip & Dale charm & she advised me that they were sold exclusively inside the Disney parks. Told her I'd be there in two weeks & we shared personal stories of our mutual love of Disney. Then asked about rings & earrings & Jennifer was very accommodating at showing me both. Settled on Cinderella's carriage earrings.

My sales rep was amazing. I enjoyed my shopping experience. The store has lots of great items.

I love how inviting the store is. It’s well lit and the staging of items makes you want to look at everything in the store. The manager Kalyn and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to make your experience great.
