It was very easy to find my items and the service was very precessional.

I walked into the store with a screenshots of the charms I wanted. None of the charms I wanted were in store, but the sales associate assist me with purchasing another in-store charm, and also helped me place the order online. I also brought my family in and we also purchased multiple charms. Great experience!
