The salesperson Sheri is our fav. During a previous visit, Sheri was our salesperson at the time when my Aunt had an idea on paper for your children to remember their deceased sibling (her fav). The bottom line is, Sheri came through with the help of the Keystone location and identified a design to suit my Aunt. She purchased five bracelets with three charms per bracelet for two men and three women. She also purchased a cap and diploma charm for me because I received my doctorate degree.

The ladies that helped me were very nice and was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. My friend has been wanting a Pandora bracelet for sometime now and I really didn't know anything about them so the two ladies gave me background on the store and was very helpful
