I called the store prior to coming in Sheri C. assisted over the telephone which made my visit very easy. She reserved my items I requested and assembly my bracelet after I purchased the item very kind sales associate also very helpful and honest which I appreciated. If I had to complain my only issue was I had to go to two locations to get all the charms I wanted for my bracelet.
