I was highly satisfied because the associate that assisted my 12 and 7 year old was very patient with them. They had a set budget and she kept them under their budget and showed them many options. She didn't rush them and allowed them to make their own decison, which I was extremely happy with. This is the second year we have done this and will probably do this again next year.

Very nice store just wish I didn’t have to drive an hour an half to get there. The customer service was great there the sales lady Keisha was very kind an helpful. We actually returned to the store the very next day in hopes she was there an used her again for another purchase. An on the second visit I received the free bracelet an while there had my two pandora charm bracelets cleaned.

At this Pandora store I always buy people of importance to me jewelry from here. I bought my grandmother a beautiful affordable necklace from here. The employee was very helpful in helping me find an alternative necklace because the one I initially wanted was no longer in the store.

I was greeted right away and told the sales person what I was looking for. She immediately located the item and also shared with me that the item was on sale. This was a Christmas gift for a granddaughter. She assisted me with the purchase right away.
