They had what I was looking for. The associates made good recommendations and answered all my questions. They didn’t have one thing I was looking for but they found it at a sister store for me to go get.

The sales person was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She was quick to access my needs and point me in the right direction with a particular selection. She was great.

Sheri, my sales associate, was by far the best customer service I have received that I can remember. She was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, suggested options, and was even kind enough to lend me her own glasses so I could see the merchandise, as I had left mine at home. The other associates offered opinions and advice as well. Sheri was an incredible associate and I will drive to this location, which is 20 minutes further from my home, to ensure I have this top service in the future

Kenielle was the one who helped me out on 6020 E 82nd Street Indianapolis, IN she was such an amazing help it was the day of my girlfriend birthday and I had no clue on what jewelry to get her and Kenielle pick out an amazing bracelet and charm. My girlfriend still talk about it to this day. Please recognize Kenielle for me!!!
