I love the selection of charms that Pandora has to offer. I stopped purchasing charms for awhile and missed out on things that are now retired charms. However, I love the new one that are out and I am excited about finishing my Pandora bracelets.

Keisha was very friendly,outgoing,helpful, and knowledgeable about the pandora charms.I really enjoyed talking to her about the Disney charms. She helped me find the charm and pendant that I wanted. She was very sweet and kind.

Amy went out of her way to get me one of the charms that they did not have in the store. She put on hold 2 other charms I wanted until I could come in later in the day to pay for them. She was very helpful.
