I was greeted as soon as I entered store. Yet not rushed. Associate was very helpful and provided great customer service.

I was running late for a wedding and had to get a charm for my close friend. I contacted the store ahead of time, they pulled what I was looking for and greeted me as I walked in with "Are you Sherri? We've got you ready!" I looked at the choices and while I was paying they wrapped hers and put mine in a bag. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes (wish I would've had more time) and I was on time for the wedding! I couldn't have asked for nicer people that were right there to help me! Only thing that would've been better if they had had a drive thru! LOL Seriously I LOVE going to your store! Thank you for being so helpful!
