I worked with Keisha and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was busy during your sale but Keisha was very patient with the plethora of questions that I had since this was my first Pandora purchase.

My salesperson Taelor, was excellent. She helped me choose a beautiful gift for a friend even though you did not have the kinds of charms that I wanted. I wanted dangling initials to go on a necklace with the dangling guardian angel wings locket. Unfortunately those were discontinued. I really wanted the dangling Guardian angel wings charm with the cultured Pearl hanging at the bottom but that was discontinued too. I would have purchased spacers to match it for the guardian angel wings charm that I have if you had still had them. But those were discontinued too. When I arrived, all three sales people were helping other people and since all of the merchandise is not visible in the cases, I had to wait about 10 minutes for one of those three people to be available. Taylor did apologize for my delay and did an excellent job helping me. It is a beautiful store.
