WOO HOO!I I purchased my first Pandora bracelet, on a Disney cruise, while docked on an island, in 2013. I was thrilled then, but have since then fallen in love with the fact I am so very pleased with owning my very own Pandora bracelet! Loving my bangle and seeing Jared TV commercials enticed me to want a snake bracelet with additional charms! Well, I NOW have a snake with 5 additional charms, each representing something near and dear to my heart. I made an on line purchase and didn't understand that 'spacers' are different from 'clips'. The staff explained the difference and allowed me exchange my extra spacer for a clip for my new bracelet. I liked that even though I purchased on line, the store was willing to accept the Pandora merchandise locally and it saved me from having to mail back the wrong item and go through all that trouble. I prefer on -line shopping whenever possible, but this was one time when getting help locally worked out best.
