I made an on line purchase and didn't understand that 'spacers' are different from 'clips'. The staff explained the difference and allowed me exchange my extra spacer for a clip for my new bracelet. I liked that even though I purchased on line, the store was willing to accept the Pandora merchandise locally and it saved me from having to mail back the wrong item and go through all that trouble. I prefer on -line shopping whenever possible, but this was one time when getting help locally worked out best.
