At first I told them I wasn't there to buy, and their service was still outstanding. the girls showed me everything I was interested in and did not pressure me to purchase. I was thrilled with the customer service and ended up purchasing the new Disney Mickey and Minnie limited edition charm.

When I arrived at the store, a sales representative told me she would be right with me. There were 3 employees present and only one other couple in the store. That sales representative never got to me. She was just next to the other sales representative. I was waiting for a good while until someone else came to ask if I had been helped.
