I came in with my husband to do the engraving on a necklace. This was a birthday present from my husband to me, since my birthday was 9/28. The store informed us that the typical necklace pendants were sold out (everywhere apparently) and that I had to choose a tiny charm heart for the engraving. I still made the purchase and love it, I just really wish I could’ve done the engraving on a normal size pendant for my necklace. We do not have a Pandora Jewelry close to us, we had to travel an hour and a half to this store to purchase.

Customer service is good but quality of charms are poor. Charms rust and loose shine quickly. The quality is very poor for the price you pay.

My experience with this store was great. I feel that everyone has room for improvement. That’s why I wasn’t highly satisfied.

We had some difficulty finding my size in the jewelry I wanted, so it was more so a supply and demand. but the sales associate was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions! regarding other products for a future purchase as well.

There was an offer of jewelry box with a purchase of $115! It’s available online but they were requiring a credit card application to receive! So I did not receive the promotion!

Enjoyed the visit. Store was incredibly clean. Only one associate, for 4 customers, wait was a little bit. Charm selection was good.

I was not in there for very long. The help was great and I got what I wanted. I just wasn’t in there long enough to really have a full experience.

IT WASNT THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD. THAT WAS THE REASON I DID NOT GIVE IT HIGHLY SATISFIED. I WENT IN WITH AN IDEA OF WHAT I WANTED. AFTER A BRIEF WAIT I SELECTED MY ITEMS AND CHECKED OUT. IT WENT PRETTY MUCH AS IT SHOULD HAVE.

I was satisfied. I want highly satisfied because when I used enter this particular store it’s usually an upsetting experience. I enjoy this store visit and will return!

We weren’t acknowledged when we walked in the store. It took too long for us to get help. I believe those are two very important things.
