The first sales agent was not very knowledgeable

There were employees who were more concerned with having conversations with other employees than with helping customers. I stood around for at least 10 minutes before I was helped and there was at least 3 available employees who looked directly at me and walked past me repeatedly.

Items seen to get really ugly/dirty when you hardly where them. Wish product was much better. Over all i love items.

Some charms I wanted weren't available in my budget. The sales associate was great tho.

I got what I came to get

Staff was friendly. The item I wanted to get was unavailable online, but was available in store. And I liked the free gift I recieved for spending more than $150, which is not hard to do, haha

Out of stock in the item I really wanted. And, the wait time was long due to lack of staff.

No reason, I was satisfied

New to Pandora and Yolrada really help me select the charms and spacers to add to my collection.

The manager did not acknowledge me upon entering but did quickly fire up a conversation with my boyfriend. Once she realized that I was the purchaser she still held full conversation with my boyfriend and very little with me
