We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The sales associate was very friendly and ask what the occasion was and what type of things they liked to help us get started with the process of selecting the right gift.

My new bracelet was broken, the sales associate informed me they didn’t have the exact bracelet. I ended up exchanging the bracelet for a similar bracelet.

The employees were extra attentive to what I wanted! Gave me lots of feedback and opinions. And let me try on lots of jewelry to make sure I buy what I like.
