The selection options within the store can improve, have more sales, I am upset I lost one of my charms from my bracelet, because the clasp came undone on its own and thank goodness only one charm fell off before I knew it. I came in on this day to by a stopper to put at the end to hopefully prevent me from wasting my money again.

The store was busy and the wait time was longer than I had planned for. I do not live in the area of the store. I was hoping for it to be faster.

They thought I wasn’t going to buy something because I looked too young.

Staff wasn’t friendly…

I was on limited time. It was only 2 employees working, I felt like while their customers were looking they could of gotten me out the way since I was picking up an order. Other than that my experience was great.

It was fine

The store associate didn’t seem too interested in helping me. She had a attitude. She was also making facial expressions.

I think the bracelet is too small will take it back.

Store had a limited selection of charms.
