The sales associate came right to me to help with anything I needed. I was able to look at anything I wanted to. I was told of all the sales going on and this survey.

I was shopping for gold charms and didn't see any in the show room cases. Did not feel you had a good selection of charms, especially being a Pandora store. I had to ask for the gold charms and felt like they didn't understand this simple request. They said you mean the Rose gold, I replied, no. the gold charms. They question me again, like I didn't know what I was talking about. Again, They said the Rose Gold and I replied, NO, I don't like the Rose gold. I want the gold charms. They told me we keep them in the back. I don't understand why your concerned since you have show case and they would only bring out 3 at a time. If that doesn't make a customer feel like they think you're going to steal. Not a good feeling. Moved from Washington state to Indiana this year and never had that experience in WA. They usually were over flowing with charms and made it so hard to pick. I don't know if I will be visiting a store again but will do on line shopping instead, which takes part of the fun out of getting a new charm. You need to put all the charms out for viewing and getting locking show room cases, just like a jewelry store does.

Some charms were out of stock. Other than that small issue it would have very highly satisfied with the purchase. Will return soon.

When i walked into the store there was an associate assisting one customer. There were no other customers in the store. The assistant manager was at the counter, again no other customers in the store. No one acknowledged me. Another employee came from the back, mind you i had been standing there for at least 5 minutes and asked if she could help me. A white make watered about 2 minutes later and the assistant manager greeted and assisted him IMMEDIATELY! The associate that was assisting me was not very knowledgeable in the Pandora me necklace and asked the assistant manager for assistance. At which tine she barely offered assistance. This was by far the worst service I’ve received at Pandora and thinking of returning my purchase because of it.

Employee wasn’t helpful, too interested in her co workers not work conversation. I was looking for a special present fo my mother who is turning 80 and told her that up front. Not helpful or engaged with me as her customer
