We waited for an hour to purchase two items. My sales associate was a new employee and the manager there corrected her for giving me a military discount on top of another promotion. She should have pulled her aside instead of doing it in front of me, the customer. She was just rude.

The reason that I was not highly satisfied with this visit it’s because this is the second time I don’t find what I’m looking for the last time they didn’t have my size on the reflection bracelet so I went to another one to get it and this time I was looking for the open bangle and they don’t have it either I end up buying just some charms instead.

No one spoke to us when we walked in the store. The two associates just kept staring at us with no acknowledgement. It took a while to get help. The young lady couldn’t find the charm I showed her from my phone specifically from the website it’s like she didn’t know where anything was in the store. I never got to see the charm once she found it and wrapped it up even though I asked to see it just to be sure it was the correct one. I hope it’s right. It wasn’t a friendly welcoming place to visit. This was my first time in pandora and I’m going to make this my last purchase.

The wait was long to get into the store mostly because people weren’t listening to the sign about the amount of people allowed in. The wait wait was long to get help. The associates were VERY nice but the customers were the annoying part of the visit

I think you need more personal to help with costumers so we don't have to stand outside of the store waiting to be helped

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience, I came inside the store for one thing and one thing only. They had what I was looking for. The store also followed the rules for covid-19.
