I purchased a bracelet from you it broke and you no longer carry the bracelet I purchased the replacement bracelet was 50 dollars cheaper and I didn't have a choice but to take cheaper version with out even trade.

They didn’t have quite a few pieces I was looking for & we didn’t get to get our bracelets cleaned that day

The sales rep Kalee I believe was her name , hardly to no interaction. She didn't talk unless I asked where something was she just pointed in the area. I came looking for a sales rep to find out she is no longer there, she was very energetic, nice, had a bubbly personality. I didnt get that yesterday, yet I still made a purchase.

The wait time to get in the store . It’s understandable due to Covid precautions

There was not a lot of “sports” charms to choose from

Service was a little slow at start

I felt rushed to finalize the purchase. The sales associate (assistant manager) was too focus on line outside of store.

There was a sign on the door that said, no more than 2 people together per visit. There were 6 people in one group in there. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

I'm just really addicted to the charms now ever since I purchased it for my birthday I've been going crazy in the store or online there's so many nice pieces and I like this song I can get for a good price

The service was great from our sales rep, it the selection was horrible! I’m not happy though with the fact that the charm that I brought my sister broke just a few days after I purchased it and they say it’s not covered under the warranty!
