Out of stock on items I wanted

The sales associate wasn’t very welcoming or kind, she was very just monotoned wanted to get everything done with fast, not really answering my questions in depth, felt rushed.

Computer systems where slow. Waited longer than expected for associate having personal conversation when could have assisted customers or customers could have been reviewing merchandise.

I always find good things to purchase when i come to Pandora

My favorite store is in Greenwood and Keystone a close second.

They did not have a variety of items that I wanted to purchase.

It had nothing to do with staff, store,etc.. I am frustrated that everything was sold out, wry limited sizes, and nobody seems to know when things may be restocked.

Not enough selections in the store.

One of the charms was not in the correct place and when I told her I believe she would have to give it to me for that price. There was a little back and forth until she called the manager over to say that she would sell it at that price. We didn’t purchase that one, after all.

This location does not have a lot of items like the keystone location. Also they are always out of the cloth storage things
