I was satisfied with my experience in pandora the customer was very helpful and kind her name was Precious she gave good service

The customer service was amazing but the fact that the marketing material was not up to date was disheartening because the bracelet that I wanted was in the picture on the wall. Also, I was not made aware of the bracelet being able to weld together if I slept in it so I couldn’t replace it because Pandora no longer carried it.

The store didnt have some of the things i was looking for in stock.

Almost everything the sales lady was showing me wasn't available unless ordered online.I had to place an online order at the register.I hope it arrives before my birthday on June 7th.

They was out of two charms that I wanted.

I'm a Christian, and the charms I purchase are in rememberance of important moments or events that have occured during my 65 years of life, I have been to your store over the past 2 years and I have not found 1 bible charm, there are not enough Bibical charms, you have all other charms for occassions, why not more bibical charms, ( saw 1 girl angel) no Bibles, No Jesus, No Menorahs, No Faith, no Peace, and just a couple of crosses.

I don’t like being rush picking through my jewelry.

Selection was just ok

I would like to have seen (or told about) charm bracelet that were already assembled or any deals on charm bracelets. I ended up buying a bracelet and a few charms but was never told about any current promos or deals.
