Not alot of selection in the store

Prices seem to be getting higher & higher for the same weight or smaller charms. Not enough dangle charms or larger charms. ex: the house that opens or the snow flake , the Pendant Butterfly needs more sparkle to it kind of dead looking on a chain necklace which there where very few of.

The Sales associate Was really helpful give more ideas

I was standing around waiting for an associate to help me but ended up waiting for half an hour. There were two associates and one of them was helping another couple. The other associate just told me wait, hence a visit that would other wise have taken 30min turned into more than an hour.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I did not realize that the ring I was paying for was going to leave marks on my finger because it is sterling silver and it will tarnish until I was going to pay for it at the cashier.

Short of staff

I did not feel as though the return was easy going. I was first told I needed to go to the original store of purchase. No impressed or please with the customer service.
