Two days ago, I bought earrings at Pandora. I got a similar pair of earrings as a gift at the same time, and wanted to return the pair that I bought at a different location. When I went to the Pandora, I wasn’t able to get my money back. I only recieved store credit, which I can only use that one store. Pandora is such a big company, that it should be easy to buy and return at any Pandora location in the United States. I’ve been a Pandora customer for a long time and have bought a lot of products all over America. Every time I visit a new city, I buy a Pandora product to have as a memory.

It wasn't a bad experience but the wait was long and the sales associates did the best they could. I thought maybe the store would plan to staff appropriately for certain days like Mothers Day, etc. but they didn't. Also, they had a promotion for a free jewelry box with a $125 (may have the exact amount wrong) purchase but they ran out before they removed the signs around the store. I was disappointed that I didn't get a jewelry box but the associate offered me a makeup case instead as a nice gesture.

The store was somewhat crowded, i already know what i wanted, i waited a few minutes. One of the sales ladies broke away asking if i needed help. This helped take care of my sale, but i didn't feel I should take up more time asking question since there were already others there before me. The tiny display table prevent full shopping when there are several persons all around.

I was not highly satisfied with the Pandora experience because there was not alot of items that I particularly cared for. I seen so many charms online and when I went to the store the choices were very slims on the items I was hoping to purchase. I went online after purchasing from the actual store and purchased a few more charms.

I was given infornation about $15 kit with little device to open clasps. I wanted to purchase and we were chatting. Got home and didnt have kit nor did I pay for it. Kind of disappointed because I intented to purchase and thought it was cool. Sales rep told me all about it in detail.

The store did not have a good selection of charms. I came in wanting a specific charm. They didnt have it.

I understand for theft reasons why everything is locked up, but it is super annoying to ask for every single thing I want to look at. A lot of the times I just decide not to look at it or purchase it because I don't want to keep asking to go inside each case
