After I paid my merchandise was changed. My ring was the wrong size and I learned that after I got home. This made me really upset.

I will have to travel to another store to purchase a pair of earrings. Plus I was told that if I do this survey I would get $10.00 off my next purchase; however, I was not told it must be a purchase of $100.00 or more!

Looking for the Mexico charm was told it was retired. Upsetting I had began purchasing my charms based on my destination trips. I can no longer capture those memories in my bracelet.

The sales associate put rose gold, silver, and gold all on the same charm bracelet. I thought something looked off, but I don’t know much about jewelry so I asked her if it was supposed to be like that. She said yes. Little did I know that there actually were all of the charms I wanted in each color, they just didn’t have them in stock. She should’ve told me to order them online.

For one the store is too small and you have a lot of people outside waiting to try to get in and find what they need

I have been receiving Teachers' discount the entire time I've purchased at Pandora including this location (Castleton, IN). Yesterday I was told no teacher's discount is given, "only nurses & military ." I asked if it changes & manager said it varies from store. After showing me a list of who qualified for discounts, I showed her my student ID & received the 10% discount. I felt my time wasted when she could have given me the discount from the start. I don't think I'll be shopping at this location

The items that I wanted were not available. There were 4 people in the store to assist yet we had to wait until we verbally asked for assistance. This was my second visit in as many weeks and I was disappointed in both experiences.
